2. Venue Use & Event Bookings
- Event bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and signed agreement.
- Final payment is due [insert time frame] before the event. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without a refund.
- The farm reserves the right to deny or cancel bookings that violate our policies or create safety concerns.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4. Liability & Assumption of Risk
By visiting Floren Family Farms, guests acknowledge and assume any risks associated with being on a working farm, including but not limited to:
- Uneven terrain, weather conditions, and potential wildlife encounters.
- Allergic reactions to plants, essential oils, or other farm-related substances.
- Exposure to agricultural equipment and farm operations.
Floren Family Farms is not responsible for:
✔ Personal injuries, accidents, or lost/damaged property.
✔ Allergic reactions or medical conditions arising from participation in farm activities.
✔ Any liability related to alcohol consumption, if applicable to an event.
5. Event Rules & Regulations
- Alcohol: If alcohol is permitted at an event, all guests must be 21+ and drink responsibly. The farm reserves the right to remove individuals who create safety concerns.
- Pets: Outside pets are not allowed, unless otherwise stated for a specific event.
- Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited outside designated areas.
- Noise: Events must comply with local noise ordinances and end by [insert time] unless otherwise approved.
- Waste & Clean-Up: Guests and vendors must properly dispose of trash and leave the venue as they found it.
6. Vendor & Third-Party Agreements
- Vendors must carry appropriate licenses, health permits, and liability insurance if selling food or goods on the farm.
- The farm is not responsible for vendor products, services, or customer interactions.
- Vendors must comply with New Mexico and Otero County regulations for sales and food handling.
7. Photography & Media Usage
- By attending an event at Floren Family Farms, you acknowledge that photos/videos may be taken for promotional use (social media, website, advertising).
- If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff upon arrival.
8. Privacy Policy
All personal information collected is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes related to bookings, services, or farm policies shall first be resolved through informal negotiations.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled under New Mexico state law in the appropriate jurisdiction.
